If I Had One More Chance

 If I Had One More Chance

If I had one more chance to be able to say goodbye
I’d tell you how much I have always loved you,
and have one final cry.

I’d do all the things I never did
before I have to die.
I’d ask you to forgive those who hurt us too much
as that’s just the way they are as such.

If I had one more chance to say I love you,
and change back the troubles in the past.
I know we’d have another great day
which was nothing like our last.

I’d make love to you as if I never have before,
and go into Gods light to exit out his door.
I’d sing a song with the Angels and the skies
would turn from cloudy to blue;
to have one more chance again to say I love you.
If I had one more chance to change my evil ways
to only come to an conclusion to say…..

Look up and don’t ever look back,
don’t be afraid of failure in your life
as your strength will guide you on your way.
Don’t listen to those who say you can not succeed
as they are probley afraid themselves like a devil seed.

If I had one more chance I would hold your hand every day
to tell you there’s a better life your way.
Look up and see our new life where in Gods hand we will fly as we will be at peace to never again cry.

             Just Another Day

Just another day when the cold wind blows.
Just another day when you don't know.
Just another day to give a hug
You can't turn back the time and sweep your mistakes under a rug.

Just another day to give somebody your perfect smile,
Something that can last more then awhile.
Just another day when somebody doesn't say hi.
Just another day when somebody doesn't say goodbye.

Just another day is when you can only do your best;
There's always another day to catch up on the rest.
Just another day when you wish others could think like you.
Just another day when you think people could do what you do.

Just another day you wished things can always be right,
but we live to work hard and struggle every day and night.
Just another day would be letting me be;
I need just another day some time to just be me.

Our Son

Our Son little Brandon we love you so.
You're in our hearts more then you know.
We just want to hold you,
and we just want to mold you.

Our son is a joy who makes us laugh,
keeps us moving on in life just like that.
Kisses us and shows us affection,
helps us to move on in the right direction.

We just want you to have fun,
and learn what is wrong and right.
Help you to be a happy man,
and to not get so uptight.

We will try not to dwell when you fail;
for we know that all your success will prevail!
And when the day ends and it's time to go to sleep,
we want to know that your day was only happy;
and there's no reason to weep.

To prepare yourself for another happy day,
and to move forward with no obstacles in your way.
When tomorrow comes we will help you down the road
to help to bring a better life for you to unfold.
